The Bible seems to indicate that God is all-powerful, all-knowing, and completely sovereign—and that he predestines all things, including the fate of each individual soul. The Bible also seems to indicate that humans have free-will to accept or reject God's gift of grace. What do we make of this apparent contradiction? Former Calvinist Tim Stratton believes he has found a solution in a view called "Molinism," which is based on the work of a 16th century theologian named Luis de Molina. In the first episode of a two-part series, Tim tells his story and helps us understand more about this view.

Really enjoyed the show. I discovered Molinism a few years ago and have found it to be a breath of fresh (theological) air and a way that I might better understand the heart of God.
